Pihak Madura FC sendiri terus berusaha agar kondisi tim tetap terjaga kebugarannya. Salah satu cara menjaga kebugaran tim adalah dengan terus berlatih. Meski berada di masa pandemi seperti ini, Madura FC tidak mendapat hambatan dalam menjaga kebugaran tim ini.
Pelatih Madura FC sendiri melakukan strategi yang cukup jitu. Ismayana Arsyad selaku pelatih Madura FC menerapkan latihan dengan sistem mandiri. Setiap pemain diharuskan berlatih dengan rutin meski sedang berada di rumah masing-masing.
Untuk menjaga kedisiplinan pemain, pelatih Madura FC akan terus memantau latihan tersebut secara online. Dengan begitu, bagi pihak pemain dan pelatih akan tetap bisa berlatih dengan lancar tanpa harus terhambat jarak dan waktu di masa pandemi ini.
Adanya sistem latihan secara virtual ini juga dimaksudkan untuk mendukung program pemberantasan Covid-19 agar segera usai. Sistem latihan dari rumah ini juga mengantisipasi bagi pihak pemain yang berada di wilayah yang jauh.
Untuk pelatih yang berada di wilayah Sidoarjo, sistem latihan memang cenderung lebih normal. Latihan tersebut dilakukan secara rutin dengan bantuan dari asisten pelatih Madura FC, M Fakhrudin beserta dengan Dedy Siswanto di kota Sidoarjo.
Permasalahan Gaji Pemain
Sejak bulan April 2020, pihak Madura FC sendiri sudah meliburkan pemainnya. Hal ini tentunya terjadi karena wabah Covid-19 yang sedang menyerang seluruh dunia. Diharapkan seluruh pemain bisa terbebas dari Covid-19 dan bisa tetap berlatih di saat liga kembali berjalan.
Salah satu yang dikhawatirkan oleh para pemain adalah gaji. Pihak Madura FC sendiri cukup bijak dan profesional dalam menanggapi permasalahan ini. Pihak Madura FC akan tetap membayarkan gaji pemain meski sedang diliburkan karena pandemi ini.
Kesepakatan yang digunakan dalam kondisi seperti ini adalah pemberian gaji sebesar 25 persen. Hal ini tentunya menjadi kesepakatan bersama pada semua pihak sebagai bentuk kedewasaan dan profesionalisme semua pihak. Tentu setiap pemain harus tetap berlatih meski di rumah.
